Do you run a clinic or a medical practice? We can act as an overflow receptionist, managing appointments for new and existing patients. By using online diaries for practitioners, we ensure that no callers are disappointed by not being able to get through to book an appointment. Our clients include doctors, consultant surgeons, osteopaths, chiropractors, podiatrists, dentists and CBT practitioners.

All you need is a broadband connection, and we can supply an online diary, so both you and your Zebra PA can book appointments at the same time for different patients. If you have your own online diary we can work with that too. Whatever diary you choose, we'll be able keep your patients happy by booking them in straightaway.

You'll no longer have to worry about new patients going elsewhere because they only got the answerphone and they wanted an appointment as soon as possible. Your Zebra PA will take the call exactly as if they were your receptionist, giving out prices and directions to your clinic as well if needs be.   

Most of the time there isn't even a need for you to do anything else. You can carry on working in the treatment room or catch up with your administration. If you or your existing receptionist already take calls yourself then we can just cover lunchtimes, evenings or other times when you can't answer your own phone.

We'll even send out SMS reminders to your patients so they don't forget their appointment or where they need to go. And if you want us to call a patient for whatever reason, like letting them know you're running late or they need to bring something to the appointment then we can do that as well.
